Both timesI dealt with the Brazilian Embassy in Warsaw I was met by friendly, helpful and polite employees. I was particularly pleased to see their willingness to accommodate my request to finish a document I needed ahead of the standard deadline. Even when met by unexpexted circustances ( illness of the consul whose signature was required for my document) the employees quickly worked out a solution to my full satisfaction. Overall my experience in the Embassy was great and I hope other Brazilian government offices would strive for quality as this one does.
