I would rate but can't get service. Cen Tex told me It's a Temple address, the city tells me they don't service that area. I requested Cen Tex to call the city and the young lady responded I don't make calls. Ya'll are all in a good business - trash. This has happened three times this week.

I complained too many times about the trash left behind on the street and my yard, and really just the terrible service in general, and they just picked their can up and stated they will not be able to service me. LOL.... because you lack responsibility? LOL, terrible service, buyer beware situation. AVOID!
They seem to skip homes in our neighborhood without rhyme or reason. When I called to find out why, I was given quite a bit of attitude and they never bothered to come pick up my trashcan that they missed. The woman on the phone acted like she was doing me a favor, forgetting this is a service we actually pay for.
Site won't let me give less than one star. Been rid of these feckless morons for almost 10 years now. They missed more pickups than they made and when you call in they open a \Work Order\ which apparently is an internal memo to NOT pick up the next week. After I dumped them it took months for them to pick up their container, which they did after I gave them a date certain I was going to burn it. Mom and Pop outfit I use now has missed ONE pickup in 10 years. They called me, said the truck threw a clutch and they were renting a truck the next day until theirs got fixed. I would open my own landfield before I'd use these cretins again.
Picking up my garbage is not the problem anymore. I have had issues in the past for garbage pick up bet is better now. Now it is either brush or bulk that is the problem (not sure if this is correct dept.). When I ask about it, the lady passes me off as a complaint to a voice mail that has not contacted me yet. Either the people are unhappy/angry and should be replaced by those that want to be there for work or they are severely understaffed. Either way, I pay like many others and I am just not getting the basic service. UNSATISFACTORY!!!!
