Whenever there’s a holiday, we always get a call to let us know when our garbage will be picked up.

They are good never had a complaint in 3 years i have used them.
The amount of times that I have called this God awful business, for their garbage men TAKING MY RECYCLING OUT OF MY CAN AND TOSSING IT INTO MY NEIGHBOR’S FRONT YARD is ridiculous!!! I’d understand if they weren’t recyclable items, but considering that they all are....? Rather take my money & switch to Blue Diamond. Highly suggest the same!
Ok.. so once again garbage pick up rates have gone up! I am one person with only one or two bags of garbage per week.. would anyone like to go in on weekly pick ups with me? I live near Pine and Sussex St in Newton.. so anyone nearby who would like to do this.. please let me know.. thanks!
This is the worst company I ever had to deal with. I set up an account 6 weeks ago. They said they would bring the can within the week and were supposed to start pick up the following Monday. No can came but they said just put the bags out. Monday comes and I get a voicemail that Tuesday would be better. Ok. Tuesday they come and pick up the trash. Thursday the guy comes with the can. He informs us that we probably won’t see them pick up the trash again. He gives multiple reason such as the wires, snow and hunters?? We explain that blue diamond made it in every week on time for a dumpster pickup with no problems. So I call and complain. They say not to worry the guys will be there with no problem. Tuesday comes and they don’t pickup. Says garbage wasn’t out. So the send a pickup truck out Wednesday. That was the last time they picked up. They kept saying the garbage wasn’t put out. I was on the phone with the supervisor because it said once again that my garbage wasn’t put out when he informed me not to worry because he could see that they haven’t even gotten to my house yet. He looked on my account and found that they had already posted they couldn’t make it before they even got there. Now they expect me to pay the whole bill!! I have never seen a company who doesn’t care about their customers as much as this! How are they even in business??? Definitely find a different company. It’s worth paying more money
