Had an appointment in the evening, the waiting area might be a nit small during peak hours but I would highly recommend the place. Well mannered, and helpful receptionist. Nadia, the lady who did my scan, was very professional, and nice. I will come back for sure.

I had an appointment booked for mid January. I had paid the 20 deposit. I could no longer attend that date so I called to reschedule on 27th Dec. The lady on the phone said she would speak to the bookings team and that they would contact me. They didn't, so I emailed. Since 27th Dec, a phone call and an email, I have heard nothing back. I booked somewhere else, but I've lost 20.

We went for a gender scan here and had been previously a few years back, very polite and welcoming staff, friendly and was a relaxed atmosphere. Great price range and packages. Would recommend this place to anyone expecting!

I am very upset the way my daughter has been treated at the Watford centre , once she got there around 6.40 Pm there was a long wait , they asked her for her maternity notes , she explained she didn’t have any as she wasn’t registered yet as she had just come back home after living in blackpool , they told her that her appointment would be void ! She told them she had the notes at home from her earlier scan with the due date on , they told her to go home & email them across to them so they could arrange another date for the scan , she did this straight away when she got home , this was on Monday 7th December , she has just rang up as she hasn’t heard anything to be told they haven’t even read her email yet ! It is now Friday 11th December , they said they will get back to her sometime next week , the lady who was meant to do the scan was so so rude on both the times my daughter spoke to her , not very professional at all ! She had a horrible experience at ultrasound Plus Watford , even if they did rearrange a date & time she wouldn’t go back there again , just a shame she’s lost her money she paid & was treated so badly

We had our 28 weeks 3/4D scan with Paul. I have purchased the deal on Groupon. He was really patient, he spent extra time with us due to baby did not move so we could not see her face properly. I have gone for a walk twice and finally he managed to take lovely pictures of our baby girl. We were really impressed with the service despite we had the deal from Groupon. I can highly recommend this place .
