Friendly and well kept community with two beautiful golf courses

Wycliffe has an older population. Most of the residents are well over 60 years of age. The grounds are beautiful, as are the amenities. But, you get what you pay for. Country club membership is mandatory and runs upwards of 70,000. Plus the monthly fees for membership are also quite steep. Home values are down about 25% over the last 20 years, due to the mandatory membership in the club.
