Came here today and had a great time, friendly staff, good customer service. The Bike Hire is a great price for the time that you get and the Bike trails were also great. Would definitely come back in the future and would definitely recommend to anyone looking at giving it a go as well.

Absolutely disappointed! Traveled an hour there, with some guests who came over to UK for a weekend. Was so looking forward to hiring a bike, even though it was raining. We get to the place, about to give deposit and pay for the bikes. And the guy says that he needed ID. So one of us had driving licence but from a different country. The guy said oh it needs to be either UK driving licence or passport (who the hell carries passport to the park with them?!). We told him we had driving licence but from different country, all of us had National ID cards which you can even fly with, instead of a passport and I even offered to leave my bank card just to hire those damn bikes, as we made such a long journey! The guy then started being rude and just kept repeating himself, so we left. After we left the shop, I even double checked the terms and conditions on their website. Which says you need to prove your identity with either driving license, passport, credit or debit card. It doesn’t not state that it specifically has to be UK driving license! I called back to the shop because we already left to tell him that, to which he started being rude, saying oh that’s probably not our website. It is! For some reason it won’t let me attach picture to my review but I have saved a screenshot of the terms and conditions and which website it was, so If anyone wants to see it, I will happily show it!!! Then he started saying no we only can take UK driving license, what happened to taking passport now?! And he just kept being rude. To which my reply was that it was his loss. We was ready to leave so many IDs, including my bank card. They could’ve had happy paying customers. Because who else would come to hire bikes in the rain?! Lol I’ve been looking to hire a bike from this place for a while now, but won’t ever be returning back to them even if I bring ‘UK driving license’.

Hired a 4 wheeled surrey bike with the family, easy on the way down but be prepared to get a sweat on the uphill! all in all a good experience with clear instructions and route information from the staff. Very well priced and lots of activities to make a day out of it.
