I won't ever again come to this location I had to pay for parking it was only 3 but still the other facility that's on Schrader boulevard they have their own parking and you don't have to pay.

I’ve been calling over a week now trying to get an appointment so I can start on PrEP. I’ve been on hold up to 18 minutes. I’ve left my number for call back.....nada zip zilch. Once someone answered the phone, took all my information then transferred me to the “prep hotline”...again no answer no call back. BTW My gut told me trying to get services here would be a waste of time

Terrible. The guy at the front desk with the skull ring, is so obnoxiously loud when he asks you “okay are you experiencing any symptoms?” “Do you currently have any STI’s?” Like where is the confidentiality? Where is the discretion? Absolutely not okay. He was very condescending about the whole thing. Eventually they denied me because they were understaffed....so why would you put on the website that you accept walk ins? You definitely don’t accept walk ins!
