We couldn’t be happier with Happy Camper RV Repair. We had not 1 but 2 tough jobs in that the space was very, very limited in both. The RV Tech was extremely knowledgeable. They arrived on schedule, took the appropriate safety measures during these COVID times, diagnosed the power issue and got us back to having full 50 amp power. We highly recommend Happy Camper RV Repair and will be a repeat customer.

I am an elderly woman... widowed and decided just over a year ago to live in my fifth wheel... much cheaper than paying rent in K-town! Well, as small problems have popped up... I tried about three different RV repair companies! I just never got the service and respect I felt went with service! And the work was... at best sub standard... so, I followed the Happy Camper van one morning and memorized the number! I had never heard of them, but had some things I need taken care of with winter approaching! I phoned, made an appointment... Vern was on time, respectful, friendly... very helpful, and DID A SUPER JOB! Vern and Terry the owner are a couple of great guys! Top knot customer service and workmanship! I am relieved to have Happy Camper taken care of all my RV repair needs.... thanks guys... I will be referring you!

While in Kelowna due to a sudden and unexpected family tragedy, our 5th Wheel electronic jacks became inoperable. Terry and his fantastic crew personally came to our rescue and didn’t leave until the problem was fixed. We are eternally greatful for Terry and his resourceful team for getting us up and running! We can’t thank or recommend Terry and Vern enough! They are the best! We were up in Vernon and our aqua hot was not work at all. So no hot water.. They stopped by after a long day and helped us! Found the part and came back the next day and fixed it for us. Thank you so much! And they are such nice personable guys! And answer the phone when we call... again, they are the best and we highly recommend them!
