I worked for this company years ago, and they are still as bad as when they started, judging by reviews. For the owner we were all expendable, either in-house or as freelancers. No respect for employees. Freelancers had to beg to be paid, after many calls of being told to wait “just a couple of weeks more.” I once saw an excellent business manager let go after just a few weeks and told that it was “just a business decision,” nothing she had done wrong. But this was standard practice, to hire people and fire them depending on cash flow. So what if that manager had turned down another offer to work there? No ethics. It’s not for nothing they are in the black list of ProZ and TranslatorsCafe of bad companies to translate for. Read Glassdoor reviews, they are accurate.

I worked with Willow and her team at Agnew recently on a very important video project for a client. They translated a series of 8 videos into Spanish for us and did an excellent job! They were incredibly responsive during every step of the process. They were able to not only translate the video, but provide voiceover talent, a notarized certificate of translation for our client and reviewed all of the videos for us after editing to ensure that they were 100% correct. I highly recommend working with Agnew Multilingual for any translation related projects!

Interpreters and translators Beware. This company does not pay vendors invoices. I had read the negative reviews and also the previous bad experience I had with them and asked for a payment in advance. After going back an forth, they agreed to pay half and I am still going after them for the other half from many months ago. No response.
