As the pandemic has made me a bit uptight with all the stress and anxiety it brought to us. A year ago I was doing yoga, in a burlesque stance troupe dancing on stage, walking every day, working out with a personal trainer 3xs a week. Then April 2020. I found your studio while looking for a place to do dance classes in the western suburbs. I was scared to go back to the studio to work out but found it was clean at your facility. Of course, I am going to shop local because it's hard for us all to weather the storm. I found out the owner was extremely active in her business and I eagerly signed up. I found the studio to be immaculate. I know your studio has risen above the challenges and I hope to see you continue to prosper with the new year. I am so glad every time I get your newsletter as I know your still working hard at this and didn't leave us hanging during the pandemic. Cheers to the staff for being OUTSTANDING.

When purchasing the set of foundation series classes, it was very misleading not only on the website but also when I asked in class to confirm after the first session if we will climb the pole... Michelle had stated we would. With that being said I WASTED my money on two sessions & driving all the way there learning the most BASIC things and barely even did anything on the pole. When I go to express my opinions Michelle was extremely unprofessional and rude stating there was “nothing she could do.” And “sorry I didn’t like the class.” But I had clearly asked if we would learn how to climb the pole and she proceeds to tell me yes, but that was a lie. We learned the same routine two days... added maybe three things. Bascially learned how to hip circle for two hours. Such a waste of money. The description of this class misleading I never knew there was such a thing as a PRE beginners class but this was that. Such a waste. I’d like a refund on the two classes. Whoever finds this helpful , I suggest visiting bombshell movement studio. Way more professional environment.

I love Rising Goddess Fitness! Their virtual classes are life-giving. Just tried Dirty Thirty with Vee and it was SO MUCH FUN! You are missing out if you don't try a class.

I absolutely love this studio, I have been a member for two years and my core strength and general confidence has improved ten fold! I recommend it to anyone looking to aerial for fun, as a sport or just as a confidence booster! The owners are around reguarly and really care and appreciate their members
