From the minute I met Kyle Henn to the last phone call, it was a pleasure. Kyle was knowledgeable about everything from beginning to end. It was a very difficult decision to not go with Silverpoint, but in the end I had to go with the best deal for me. There was nothing Kyle or Silverpoint did or didn't do. You will not be disappointed choosing them for your new home build. I would have if my situation hadn't changed!

My wife and I have now lived in our new Silverpoint Home for approximately six months, and we have overall been thoroughly pleased with the final product. Throughout the entire experience from the process with picking out the floor plan all the way until the closing, Adam was professional, very responsive to our many questions. As with the building of any home, there were some bumps along the way, but these would be quickly addressed and thoroughly responded to. We would highly recommend Adam and Silverpoint Homes, especially if you are looking for good value for your money, with a beautiful home to show for it.
