From start to finish, we were very impressed with the service we received. Our house was a one-off and the staff marketed it superbly. They quickly and efficiently secured viewings. Their office is well staffed and even on those occasions when we had to leave telephone messages, we were contacted within the hour. Similarly, email queries were all dealt with quickly and efficiently. Having secured us a buyer, the staff were very proactive in minimising delays in completion, liaising between ourselves, our solicitors, the purchasers and their solicitors. Alan Batt & Co are head and shoulders above ANY other Estate Agency. We would strongly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their house. Everyone we came across at Alan Batt & Co was excellent and we would give a special mention to Klaire and Lisa specifically for their efforts.
