Never get a job here. The other employees are rude most of the time. The payroll lady is the worst of them all. For a place that is suppose to be welcoming and caring this is far from that. Terrible management all around.

Everyone I've dealt with in Wilkes Barre has been respectful and helpful. I've been using the system since 1999 and have treated for multiple illnesses from agent orange exposure including soft tissue sarcoma. Within 2 weeks of my diagnosis by biopsy I was in the operating room to remove it then followed up every 6 months with cat scans and surgeon consults for the first 5 years. No doubt some of these negative reviews come come from posers who never used the systems and shills of the Koch brothers who want to privitize the V.A. healthcare system so they take over with substandard care and make more billions

PA in emergency is extremely rude. Primary care was not available so decided to go to emergency care and was treated like trash by the staff. I will recommend never to go in ER in VA medical center of Wilkes Barre.

The Wilkes Barre VA is awful!! They do not treat Veterans well at all! This VA needs more Veterans working there especially in the mental health department. Mental health should be there to help the Veteran. The wait times for appointments are atrocious!! Get more Veterans in there so they can help their fellow comrades on the same level. The jokers in this place don’t have a clue!! Make sure you records are all case sensitive so you can see who has accessed your records or else your information may be compromised at anytime. Very unprofessional!! Too many relationships in the place to cause conflict of interest yet they don’t care.
