So first off I made my order and said I had to coupons and I know the employee heard me he was a teenage boy and then he got my order wrong or he didn’t even ask if I wanted my receipt because I wanted to scan it since it was a huge order I made and got my whole order wrong. He should honestly be trained more be or be fired.

Sorry to say but I will no longer be able to return. The pretzels were a quarter of the thickness they used to be I waited for a fresh raisin bagel and it broke the guy that made it told the lady to pretend it broke in the bag. I replied I heard that and my husband won't except it. I waited for a new one and it fell apart too I say it and asked them if it broke she insured me it was fine. Instant if saying anything I just left when my husband saw it we both agree with won't be back. There was one guy there that was great and offered to give me a drink he should have been manager because he was the only one who cares about his store I could tell it bothered him the way everyone else behaved. Not sure his name but he was the only black male ion shift. And the only one who had a work ethic.

I love the pretzel dogs but again, just like with another merchant at this shopping center, the cashier was NOT wearing gloves but was grabbing the premade cups with bare hands, and handling the money! Everyone else was wearing gloves. I dont know if it's just this particular shopping center that lacks common sense but man it's really disappointing to see that the merchants dont make sure that EVERYONE wears gloves while handling food, especially if they're also handling money! I dont think I'll be going back for a while.
