I visited just to look at some bathroom items to get an idea on how to improve my tiny bathroom. Lisle & Josh were both incredibly knowledgeable in helping to decide what bathroom furniture would be suitable for such a small space. Their expertise made such a difference! They took care of all of the ordering & designed the bathroom with our limited space in mind. The team of fitters were superb, a real credit to Bathroom Concepts. Great time management, they worked like trojans all day and always cleaned up before they left. I am so pleased with the finished results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bathroom Concepts in the future!

I’m not one to leave a review normally but I wanted to give these guys the feedback they deserve because everyone reads reviews nowadays. They were super professional, really knowledgable about their products. They were really responsive to my questions. Josh in particular is great- I would highly recommend them, and definitely go and view the showroom! We found it so helpful to see what we were buying and the guys were really proactive in finding a solution for us.

Great customer service skills, got back to me promptly when I enquired and helped me design my new bathroom (that I’m in love with!!). They use 3D graphic design software to really help you visually the products you are buying before taking the plunge of paying, which made us feel reassured. Fitters they use complete to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend, thanks for your help!
