Absolute live savers!! Unfortunately my petrol cover wouldn't open and pretty low on petrol. These guys, even though they were super busy immediately took my car into the workshop, spent about 45 mins of their time resolving the problem and didn't even charge, when after all time is money! Can't thank all the staff at Auto Surefit enough for literally saving the day. Highly recommended!!

I arranged service and mot via The AA. Had a voicemail left the night before to confirm collection time. Called back and left a message. Didn't get a call back the following morning. Called them as had a flat battery so asked if they had jump leads. They didn't so I arranged a friend to help get the van started. Ended up dropping the van to them. Called during the day to see how they were getting on and told mot passes and service now being completed. Asked when it would be dropped off and told that as I had taken it to them that they expected me to pick it up. Overall really good.

booked in sameday for 4 wheel alignment waiting area and viewing area hunter 4 wheel alignment system which is what I was looking for used ballast as you are supposed too when measuring adjusted what was possible with to bring toe and camber into spec friendly, helpful staff cheap -printer not working - so no printout of before/after alignment - so everything I have just said was based on what I was told by staff as I didn’t see the alignment on a screen either -if i was told this first I would have declined using their services I'm happy to give 4 stars based on the fact I have used this garage over many years and trust them, but lose a star as the sole reason for me going there was for a record of wheel alignment.
