Yesterday evening we had a phone call from CRG tha care worker will be late as she had to attend an emergency, had to deal with ambulance. That was fine, later a voice mail was left on my phone that care worker is outside tour house and nobody isopening the door! Now that was not acceptable as my wife and childeren was in the front room, where they can also keep an eye on the door, we also have door bell tha works. On top of that CRG have access to safe box with keys. If you got vonurable people, CRG?
