Trainers are on a different level. There's a great atmosphere in there...You go in and you'd feel motivated. New equipments and all. Love that place.

Fantastic range of classes to suit all fitness levels and schedules, very friendly staff & trainers who are always willing to support & motivate you, and a great location with state of the art facilities.
Staff are very pushy. My mother got in contact with them once to ask about their prices. They were only interested in getting her to pay for a long membership and no other alternative was offered. Since then they have been messaging her with offers on Facebook constantly.
