They pick up and drop off water samples and the communication with the friendly staff at Aquatek Lab is A. !!! We continue to enjoy our working relationship with Aquatek Lab. We would not be able to take water samples during our home inspections without them. Their reports are emailed quickly and communicate very clearly as to the potable and non-potable status of the water samples taken during our home inspections. We love Aquatek Labs! We had our new home water tested, but Instead of correcting a clear erroneous test result, customer service choses to be defensive and accusative. Very poor customer support and attitude.
Randy and the others over there are great, they always get my tests results back promptly. Very fair prices and excellent customer service. Highly recommended if you need your water tested. By far the best!! Thanks guys.
