I’m leaving a 1 star review for the maintenance department. I have purchased 2 vehicles there within a year or so of each other and I was bringing all 3 of my vehicles in for oil changes. Every time I pay for an oil change a week or 2 later I end up having to add fluids, so they aren’t checking or topping off fluids like they say they are. Go to Martin Chevy in Crystal Lake as they was your car and top off fluids and offer coupons and deals. If you purchase your vehicle at Martin Chevy you get free oil changes for as long as you have the vehicle. So disappointed!
