One of the best places, that I've tried in YAMATE, and top 5 so far in japan. Would recommend highly! Friendly atmosphere and foreigners welcomed with an English menu.

Nice local yakitori restaurant. They have an English menu but there are a few items/specials missing from it. I was fortunate enough to have been taken here by a local and served some of the specials. It is standing room only but well worth it.
Amazing service, cold beer, and hot food. All together makes for a kick butt time. This is a standing place only. They have super size beers. The meat on a stick is great food. Bathroom is kept clean. They speak English and Japanese. They have English menus if needed. The prices are reasonable too. So if you get a chance come out and maybe I'll see you there for a cold beer. Did I mention they are huge!!
Hands down, pants down, wings up: the best kawa no tare in town. And Mr Inoue is a class act.
