John is an amazing tutor. Both my boys attended the A level revision courses which they found extremely helpful. The courses were spaced evenly over the run up to exams which helped them with their maths revision just when time pressure is critical. I would highly recommend the courses and John as a personal maths tutor as his understanding of subject and student is excellent.

John is a great tutor and his A level revision course is excellent. My children learnt so much from him during the course. He rapidly identifies each student's weak areas which he then resolves through clear explanations and plenty of worked examples. I whole-heartedly recommend him.
I was really pleased to have Sarah tutor my daughter in maths – she was approachable and likeable and gave my daughter confidence and helped her approach problems in a different way. She came well prepared and was enthusiastic. I would definitely ask Sarah to help again in the future.

I am so thankful that we discovered York Tuition, without the amazing support and dedication shown by John our son would not have been as successful as he was in his recent A Level maths exams. It was not only the excellent way that John diagnosed and worked on the areas that our son was having difficulty with, but he also made sure that he kept him working and communicated constantly with us so that we could support him too. The most important thing though for us was how he built up the self-belief of our son so that he was able to confidently go and sit his final exams. We will all be forever grateful and cannot recommend John and his tuition service enough.
