My family and I stayed at a lovely Airbnb property in Glasgow managed by Your BNB Host. Michelle was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout our stay - great communication, friendly, professional and very patient! Michelle is a class act. Unbelievably professional, with insane attention-to-detail skills. I was very lucky to have her do check-in and check-outs for my Airbnb guests for several months. She saved my bacon many times when my systems didn't work out (cleaning lady no-shows, etc). She is incredibly experienced in this Airbnb game - I'd recommend her services to anyone who needs someone to simply take the stresses away that being an Airbnb host can bring!
Michelle was incredibly helpful from the start. We arrived late at night which was no issue, to a very well presented flat. During our stay there was a small water leak due to extreme weather in the evening and upon reporting this, we were immediately provided with fresh bedding and any assistance we may have needed. A maintainence person was at the property first thing in the morning to investigate and remedy - our weekend continued unhindered. If I rent in Glasgow again, I’ll look for Your BNB Host again. Lovely property, seamless organisation and very well looked after.
