Went there to but 2 rabbits. Didn't found what I was looking for. The shop is small, quitte dark. Too much stuff packed in a so small footprint. I found the same cage half price in another location.

The parrots are confined in very small cages. One of the parrots have been there for over 10 years in a very small cage, next to the storage room.

A bit expensive and the staff is not really keen to help. They could be nicer to customers. Smiles are free but they don't seem to know that.
Excellent customer service, staff are extremely knowledgeable about their products and pets. All the pets here are really healthy and in good condition. Amazing reptile section, fresh live food also available. Multilingual.
