With a menu that represents unique dishes from every part of India, each experience offers a glimpse of vibrant Indian culture. 1947 Eatery works on bringing authenticity back to Indian dining. We use real charcoal tandoor ovens to impart unique aromas and flavours; we crush fresh spices every morning for our house-made masalas; we use only the freshest ingredients to give our diners innovative seasonal menus. Adding a truly contemporary take, our cocktails are carefully crafted from perfectly infused spirits and hand-blended syrups to give a totally updated spin to classics and the buzz of our own bespoke creations.
