The 4CS of Passaic County, Inc. (4CS), has served through its current structure the childcare community of Passaic County since 1971. As a brand, 4CS boasts of a history that goes back nearly five decades serving Northern New Jersey. The organization’s mission is to support families in securing excellent childcare by helping to make child care accessible and affordable. With a broad group of clients (among them: childcare trainees, childcare providers, childcare center directors, and families), 4CS has assumed many roles: as a social service and referral agency, as a training and educational provider, and as a leading voice in childcare.
