ACTION was born out of a desire to network churches, agencies and businesses together to collectively serve the ever increasing level of needs throughout our community. In the past year, more than 5000 individuals completed over 800 projects with acts of service to nearly 20,000 people with a broad scope of needs. Today, over 100 churches, numerous agencies and many firms in the business community support ACTION in helping to realize our Vision: "To share the love of Christ through acts of service that change lives and strengthen our communities.". We focus primarily on seniors, disabled residents, under resourced families, the homeless population and at risk youth through 3 primary ongoing programs: Serve Day, Serve Every Day, and Community Christmas Shoppe.
