Experienced in managing multiple projects concurrently, delivering project changes in compliance with contract guidelines, ICC, NEC and internal guidance, extensive experience in the production of project plans, risk assessment and method statement along with all other skills required from a project manager. Project Management can be combined with Training for a more cost-effective solution. SITE MANAGEMENT AMGEO can provide site management of your ground investigation projects. With SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work and CAT & Genny training AMGEO is ready and prepared to arrive on your site and get to work with your employees. With nearly 15 years of experience working across the UK, from Cornwall to Lerwick, on large infrastructure projects managing large teams to small unique sites and everything in between, AMGEO has experience of it all. TRAINING One on one training and mentoring of your staff on-site, providing guidance, tips and tricks, site management and logging knowledge. The trainee and their line manager will receive a short questionnaire prior to training commencing to allow for a baseline to be assessed. A training manual will be given to the trainee on day 1, providing guidance on what is required to run and manage a successful site along with helpful tips.
