Mr. Anil Sharma, having worked in the chambers of Mr. C.S. Aggarwal, Senior Advocate for about 15 years, began his Legal Practice in New Delhi in 1996. The chambers of Mr. Anil Sharma, apart from the founder's gentle countenance, have been revered by clients, associates and bar for it's excellence in setting new judicial precedents in Direct Tax litigation. "A.S. Law Chambers", as what the practice is called now, is headed by Mr. Sankalp Sharma, an alumnus of National Law University (Dr. RML NLU), Lucknow. After working with PwC in the Tax Dispute and Resolution team, he joined the chambers in 2014 and since then, has diversified the practice areas to other allied laws relating economic offences involving money laundering, white collar criminal prosecution and related insolvency proceedings in Tribunals. Mr. Sharma, practicing as a counsel, has a demonstrated history of getting relief to International and Domestic clients on the original as well as appellate side before High Courts, Tribunals and other Quasi Judicial Authorities. The Chambers are currently based in Mumbai and Delhi.
