Since 1999, Dirk Aßmann has been taking the family-run business into its third generation. A clear strategic direction, well masterminded investment in the Melle premises and a continual improvement process based on the Kaizen method that is firmly entrenched in the ASSMANN mentality have led to the further strengthening of the company’s market position. Today, ASSMANN employs over 350 people and in 2018 achieved a turnover of EUR 130 million. In the last ten years Assmann has grown to become a global business, with flagship showrooms in Melle, Amsterdam region, and London reaching an international network that extends to the furthest corners of the world.
