The Port of Aalborg is North Jutlands strong partner in logistics and cooperation. We are therefore much more than a traffic harbour, which keep track of calling ships. We handle all types of cargo through multi modal transport solutions at sea, land and in the air. We can solve the need for logistics and transportation to and from North Jutland and the rest of the world. To function as a transportation- and logistics centre which offers integrated multi modal transport solutions and thereby offer the ports customers an attractive package concerning cooperation and transport of all types of cargo. We will also develop total solution models in connection with procurement of materials and buildings and as a result take full advantage of the ports real estate ressources. To become a leading port in Denmark with focus on the intelligent port, where cooperation, network and transport- and logistic solutions are the driving factors behind our company. The Port of Aalborg will continuously participate in developing environmentally friendly transport solutions and transport facilities, incl. facilities at sea, in cooperation with the local community and other businesses primarily in North Jutland, in order to be able to deliver the services that are needed now and in the future. Our companys purpose is to promote environmentally friendly transport solutions and in a cooperation with the local community, on a financially safe basis to operate the port, incl. transportation centre and related handling company. In addition, it is the companys wish to participate in long-term development and expansion of transport facilities, including sea facilities.
