We are a charity, founded in 1991, that works with vulnerable and marginalised people in our communities, to support them towards gaining the independence they need to move on with their lives. Within our homes and services we work with people who are homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless, veterans, young people, and people with learning disabilities and mental health issues. Alabaré has grown as an organisation around the principles of integrity, inclusiveness, empowerment, equality and collaboration. We believe that through care, compassion, generosity and respect we can help people overcome barriers and lead happy, fulfilling lives.
