Alexandra is a leading international provider of men and women’s workwear, corporate clothing and uniforms for a wide range of industries, with over 160 years of experience. We combine our brand building expertise, strong design capability and flexible services with value for money and economies of scale, resulting in a unique service which is hard to beat. Since 2010 we have been backed by the financial and international stature of The Men's Wearhouse, one of North America's largest specialty retailers of men's clothing with 1,239 stores. Founded in 1973, they have annual revenues of approaching $2Bn. Other subsidiaries of Men's Wearhouse in the U.K include Dimensions and Yaffy as well as Twin Hill in North America. We put you at the heart of what we do, offering understanding and expertise, together with the best choice and value. When it comes to quality and innovation, our teams are always looking for the next big thing to make your work life easier and more comfortable. Our priority is to provide you with modern, well designed, fit-for-purpose and easy-to-care for work clothing that you and your team will take pride in. All of our fabrics are subjected to rigorous independent testing to ensure our high standards are maintained and that you get the best quality, hard-wearing workwear. Alexandra can better your work wardrobe. The firm makes apparel, shoes, and accessories for the workplace, including the catering, medical, hospitality, transportation, and security industries. Products are purchased through retail outlets in the UK, by mail order, and online. The firm also offers a service that tailors uniforms for large corporations. While most of its sales originate in the UK, Alexandra also does business in Holland, France, and several other countries in Europe and overseas. Alexandra sources its garments in countries such as Morocco, India, and others in the Far East. The US's The Men's Wearhouse purchased it and Dimensions Clothing (also in the UK) in 2010 and combined their operations.
