Over the past 3 decades, AMBIMAT has specialized in delivering turnkey solutions. Ambimat can do -Design, fabrication and hand wire prototype PCBs. We also have pick and place machines. -Supply chain management with special rate contracts with distributors. -Embedded Software development -Design of 3D enclosures. -Bare board testing and functional testing of wired board based on the test suites. Our infrastructure also includes environmentally regulated class 100,000 clean rooms along with usually available tools and facilities. We have clients in different fields like education, industrial, aerospace, smart home etc. We have designed and fabricated MLBs for up to 12 layers but can go higher than that. The boards have been Rigid, Flexible or a combination of the two. Special MLB designs have used split planes, designs for mixed RF and Digital components, designs with impedance control, blind and buried vias, high density boards having used 1738 pin BGAs and associated circuitry, all with strict adherence to pre defined design rule conditions. These designs undergo PCB design inspection prior to Gerber generation and PCB fabrication. We cater to prototype quantities of a few hundred to production quantities in 1000s. From an enclosure stand point the PCBs so fabricated, wired and tested have been integrated into different standard or custom fabricated enclosures. Standard enclosures include 1U to 6U, 19” rack mounting chassis (with or without EMI/EMC) complete with power supply, card guides, front and rear panels with necessary labeling and identification. Other standard enclosures comprise of standard molded or metallic enclosures adhering to IP65, IP66, and NEMA4 as demanded by the user. We have even fabricated 3D Printed ABS Models for initial reviews, FRP enclosures, and enclosures made from 6061 TS Aluminum alloy milled from a single solid piece to meet requirements for a Flight Model aerospace project.
