About Arrowsmith…. Arrowsmith has been known as a fashion footwear leader in the Chicago area since opening its first store in 1974. Since our inception, we have stood out from the rest because of our quality, large selection, and fair pricing. Although fashion changes each year, Arrowsmith’s credo to “treat our customers as we would expect to be treated,” never has. Each season our buyers and design team travel through Europe, Latin America and the U.S. seeking out unique product and the most current fashion trends, keeping us at the forefront of fashion. Our close ties with the factories and stylists we work with give us an advantage that few independents have today. It is no mystery why our clientele of professionals, entertainers, athletes, and the most fashionably dressed remains so loyal.
