This type of parties are perfect for team building, after just a few minutes of painting together people get their conversations going, it's an instant, proven way of getting everyone to interact and socialize with each other. Your employees will love doing this, not only because this is fun to do together, but everyone gets to take their painting home. The way these parties work, your company treat the employees with wine and snacks, and a 2.5 hour group painting class. It's very different from the sports team building events.
