Atrix was established in Burnsville, MN in 1981 as Atrix Tool Company. As part of becoming a NASDAQ publicly traded company in 1989, we changed our name to Atrix International, Inc. In 1999 we went private and in 2009 we implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). We are a premier USA manufacturer of fine filtration vacuums and filters. We sell our products through a network of distributors and to corporations in over 40 countries. In addition, we distribute ESD products, tools and tool kits. We hold several patents on our filtration and electronic monitoring products. Atrix International, Inc. was founded in 1999. The company's line of business includes manufacturing service industry machinery. Atrix was established in Burnsville, MN in 1981 as Atrix Tool Company. Atrix International manufactures fine particulate vacuum cleaners and related products and accessories for use in industrial, hospital, office, restaurant, and HAZMAT applications. Atrix also makes copier control, management, and tracking products. Its Omega vacuum cleaner can be used to make cleanrooms for manufacturing semiconductors and other precision components even cleaner. The Omega line guards against electrostatic discharges (ESD), and is shielded against electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference. The company also offers the Windows-based ATRAX network monitoring software. Atrix was established in 1981. Steve Riedel, the company's president, is the majority shareholder.
