Autistica is the UK’s leading autism medical research charity. We are dedicated to funding groundbreaking medical research which will make a difference to the lives of people living with autism. Our research aims to understand the causes of autism, improve diagnosis, and develop treatments and interventions which will not just stay in the lab but be translated to clinical practice and result in real change. Our close work with autism community has resulted in prioritising our research strategy into three key areas of need: Early Diagnosis and Intervention, Mental Health and Ageing with Autism.
