Mr. M.K. Agarwal and Mr. S.C. Agarwal started this group in the year 1984 by installing a rolling mill unit in Guwahati, Assam to manufacture reinforcement bars under the name ‘Bhagwati Steel Cast Limited’ with a capacity of 12,000 MT per annum.
