Overview
Vietnamese street food: banh mi, pho, vermicelli bowls, ride plates, tasty snacks, and happiness. Chau Do has been a professional chef for the last 20 years. On each trip home to Vietnam, he was floored by the difference in quality between authentic Vietnamese street food and the Vietnamese-Thai-Chinese fusion that is typically served in the U.S. He was inspired to create an experience for all people to try and love authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
