Banvit is the leading poultry processor in Turkey. We process and market whole chickens and cuts, whole turkeys and cuts and further processed products from chicken, and turkey. Our plants hold HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22000 certificates and Halal certified in accordance with Islamic rites. The basis of Banvit’s success is its philosophy; hard work and continuous customer satisfaction without compromising on quality or cost. Our most important task is to respond to the needs and expectations of the consumers. Society is changing very rapidly in Turkey. The number of working-women is constantly increasing and they often choose processed food and ready meals because they no longer have enough time to cook. However, they also want their food to be natural and tasty. In this changing society, Banvit seeks to meet the needs of Turkish consumers with a wide range of cooked and ready-to-cook chicken and turkey products. Banvit has been a pioneer in the Turkish poultry sector, putting it’s signature to many firsts. One of the most important of these was the sale of fresh whole chicken and other chicken products in plastic packs. A company that becomes a prominent brand must be accountable for its products. When we presented packaged fresh produce for the first time in the sector, we were effectively saying: “We always guarantee the quality of our products”. We are confident because we keep up with all the changes and developments in the sector. We participate in the trade fairs all over the world and we are always abreast of developments. Moreover, we work together with leading consultancy and service companies that can contribute to our business. In conclusion, the underlying factor in achieving success is being open to change. The average age of our employees is 32, and our managers are always young at heart, so we have a dynamic team constantly willing to grow and push our company forward.
