Black Sea Technology Company Ltd. in Varna was established and registered in 1993, in accordance with the Commercial Law, company file no. 4175 under the name Black Sea Technology Group Ltd. Prior to the company specialization in gas distribution and its transforming into a public limited entity the company acted in the field of advisory services and technologies for sea researches and services, inc. for a number of western petrol companies. In 1994, having won its first tender for Targovishte, Black Sea Technology Company PLC practically made its way to investments and trade activities in the filed of natural gas distribution. Ever since then, the main subject of our company activities is carrying and distribution of natural gas. Since 2001 the Company holds all appropriate licenses by the State Energy and Water Regulatory Committee for natural gas distribution within the municipalities of Dobrich and Targovishte. In 2004 the Company wan the tenders and was granted 35-year-long licenses by the State Energy and Water Regulatory Committee for distribution and delivery of natural gas in the regions of Dobrudzha and Mizia. The structure of BSTC comprises the Head Office in the city of Varna and local offices in the towns of Dobrich, Targovishte, Shumen, Pleven, Provadia, Beloslav and Lukovit. BSTC PLC has built gas mains of more than 354 000 meters total length. BSTC PLC has two subsidiaries – The Black Sea Gas Company Ltd. And the Black Sea Company for Compressed Gas EOOD.
