Opening in 2019, Blend 111, a food and wine bar, located in historic Vienna, Virginia minutes outside Washington D.C. Blend 111 offers a collection of the best food and wine from Spain(1), France(1), and Venezuela(1). Our kitchen is attached to its roots and has a creative spirit in constant evolution. With recipes collected over twenty years traveling the world, we seek transparency from our providers and personally visit winemakers, local farmers and producers to ensure that we receive the highest quality and best products. From the market, we seek out organic, biodynamic and sustainable ingredients. With a global spirit, we strive for consistency and innovation on the plate and in the glass. The fact that no one has done it before motivates us.
