BreathFlo transforms lives! Home of "The BreathFlo Method" A Unique and Energizing Breath-Focused Yoga Practice born from the world of Freediving. The owner and creator of BreathFlo, Sean Coakley, has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years and has also studied mindfulness and breath-work with many of the thought leaders in the space. Recently Sean was personally selected by Stig Severinsen, world champion and world record holding freediver, to train and became the first Global Master Instructor for the Breatheology Method. BreathFlo currently has a single studio located Vero Beach where we offer group classes, 1:1 coaching, pulsed-electro magnetic field (PEMF) therapy and nutritional products and guidance. In the near future we will be launching our BreathFLo Academy where we will provide teacher training, online courses and video training. Our goal is to help educate and change the way people understand their relationship with breathing so day by day they can move towards becoming pain-free and immersed in mindfulness and achieve peak performance.
