Bright Lives social enterprise provides skills training, recreation and social inclusion for adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues. We provide these services from our Skills and Activities centre based in Colchester, Essex. We have over fifteen years experience in the field and can tailor a package depending on your clients requirements. We run courses in life skills, road safety and travel training along side arts and crafts, music and social inclusion. Identifying opportunities to enable progression. Our motto is 'Empowerment through Achievement' and is central to all we do.
