Calypso Fitness is the Polish largest dynamically developing network of fitness clubs. The first club was founded in 1996 in Warsaw. At present, we have over 50 clubs located in 21 cities, including 22 clubs in Warsaw and 8 in Tricity. This year we will also open new locations. We promote healthy lifestyle and sport passions. It is our priority to localize clubs in places convenient for our clients. We are close to the client that is working, doing shopping, coming back home, or spending free time. All the Calypso Fitness clubs are situated in the hot spots of the cities, they are very well communicated, and they have parking places. We direct our offer both to individual clients as well as companies.Realization of training objectives of our clients is a paramount issue. That is why, we provide care of experienced trainers, preparation of individual training plan, analysis of body composition on hi-tech Tanita scales, and access to saunas, all in the price of the gym membership card. Calypso Fitness clubs are equipped with a full range of strength and cardio training equipment, free weights areas, Cross Training cage and functional training zone. We offer a wide range of group trainings of various levels of difficulty. Very popular are classes on trampolines, Power Bike, Tabata, Cross Training, Zumba as well as mental and pro-health classes like Joga, Pilates and Healthy Spine. Additionally, particular clubs offer free care for kids in the Kids Play areas. In the selected club you can play squash, badminton, go to the swimming pool and jacuzzi or even go wall climbing.
