Celtic’s core skills of Instrument & Electrical Control Engineering are relied upon by Dwr Cymru Welsh Water (DCWW) for the delivery of numerous upgraded and new-build Water Treatment Works and Waste Water Treatment Works with individual E & I contract values ranging between £10,000 & £2 million. Over the past 25 years Celtic have extended their in-house skills base to offer their clients a wide permutation of engineering solutions. For single site construction projects, either new build or upgrade, Celtic provide a full electrical & instrument design, manufacture, installation and commissioning engineering service. These projects typically range in the value between £500,000 & £1,500,000. For multi-site multi-discipline projects typically ranging between £50,000 to £250,000 such as M-Cert Compliance, Spill Monitoring, Environment Protection & Rural Pumping Station Upgrades, Celtic offer a “one stop shop” for project delivery from design through to delivery & management of all civil, mechanical, electrical, instrument, software/telemetry & commissioning elements of the contract. On requested, further support is offered by way of Feasibility Studies, Health & Safety reports, Asset Identification & Recording, CDM Regulation Management and Water Industry Personnel Training.
