Center Stage Dance and Cheer is a national award winning dance and gymnastics studio located in Knoxville, TN. Our program includes classes for all ages from 2 years, preschool, youth, senior and adults (2-18 for kids - children classes) Our professional yet competitively priced tuition based programs are available as Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Level and include recreational Dance, Tumbling and Cheerleading classes, all of which maintain open enrollment year round. *** We now offer special music, dance and tumbling classes for Home School students use as Physical Education credits. *** Not looking to enroll full time? Punch cards are available for specialty dance technique and specific tumbling skill classes. Dance Classes: Our studio offers several different Dance Classes including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Ballroom. We also offer Preschool and Early Elementary Combo Classes for children under 7. Gymnastics: Our Gymnastics program includes Tumbling, Cheerleading, and Stunt classes for ages 4 and up.Younger students can enroll in our special Parent/Tot or Preschool Tiny Tumblers classes. Our Combo Classes offer a mixture of Tumbling and Cheerleading in the same class. Adult Fitness: Our Adult Fitness program provides customers with an excellent workout for a great value. Simply purchase a Punch Card worth a number of visits and use them for any class, any time you want. Adult Fitness classes include Zumba, Personal and Group Training, and our own Adult Fitness Program, Blaze Fitness. *** Our dance and cheer teams have performed and competed all across the region and have won many regional and national titles including the highly prestigious Best Over-All Choreography Award at JamFest National Series for the 2013 season. Our Mini Company Hip Hop team, Cheery Bombs, placed First in their division in several different events and were nationally ranked as #9 ***
