Dr. Cesar Acuña Peralta founded Cesar Vallejo University in Peru in 1986 and Cesar Vallejo College in Miami, Florida in 2017. On March 26, 1999, the university was successfully finalized and created its governing bodies. In compliance with the institutional regulations and university law, Dr. Cesar Acuña Peralta was elected unanimously as the first Chancellor of Universidad Cesar Vallejo on April 19, 1999.
