Cloth Fair Chambers was established in 2006 with the aim of bringing together an elite group of Queen’s Counsel and leading juniors specialising in criminal, fraud and regulatory law. Since then, members of chambers have been involved in most of the notable cases involving corporations, senior executives and high-profile individuals - very often involving multiple jurisdictions - who have either successfully avoided litigation altogether or developed the best strategic position in preparation for it.
